This selected espresso offers a sweet and smooth entry, with aromas of raspberry jam and clotted cream, followed by a harmonious blend of tropical fruit flavors on the palate, finishing with the distinctive floral notes characteristic of Geisha. Produced in the charming village of San Adolfo, it is a masterpiece of careful cultivation and processing.

These Geisha coffee beans are grown on one of the finest highlands in the Palacios region, coming from a quiet, rustic farm. They undergo a sun-dried anaerobic process: the coffee cherries go through multiple rounds of fermentation in an oxygen-free environment, imbuing the beans with rich, complex flavors.

The Geisha variety is renowned for its bright acidity and delicate fruit aromas, and this coffee is a perfect reflection of the exquisite craftsmanship and passion for coffee from Colombia’s smallholder farmers.
