Shipping policy

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at blooom coffee house - Rua Horta e Costa, No.5, R/C, Macau SAR. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00-19:00 every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery

For purchase of coffee beans, coffee bags and small equipments, customers in Macau can choose to pick up your order at different EBUY stores. Please indicate EBUY outlet name in the address section when you place the order. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 to 6 business days.

Shipping to Hong Kong

We offer free shipping to Hong Kong for purchase of 400g or above coffee or some selected products as stated in the product description page. For the rest situations we charge $30+ for shipping according to size and weight of the order.

Shipping to Rest of the world

International shipping is now suspended due to COVID epidemic situation. Stay tuned for our updates!
