Reinaldo Gómes helped his father manage the family coffee farm in Alta Mogiana from a young age. Unbeknownst to him, his father was preparing him to take over the farm and equip him with the complete experience from picking to harvesting. Now, with the assistance of his 20-year-old son, Reinaldo manages the farm, ensuring the continuation of the business. Their farm, named "Nossa Senhora da Aparecida," is located in the Alta Mogiana region near the northern border of São Paulo, at an altitude of approximately 850 meters. They primarily cultivate Cauaí and Mundo Novo varieties of coffee, processing the beans using the natural method. Natural preserves the entire coffee cherry, including both the bean and the seed. Brazilian natural coffee is full-bodied with very low acidity, making it ideal for espresso and dark roasts.
