From the mountains of Huila, Colombia, this expressive lot comes from Finca Monteblanco, a farm known for pushing boundaries through innovation and fermentation. Sitting high above the Suaza River Valley, Monteblanco is surrounded by cool and slow-ripening conditions that help develop sweetness and clarity in every cup.
The farm is owned and managed by Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, who continues his family’s coffee legacy while exploring new ways to elevate flavor. Through co-fermentation techniques, this lot is processed with peach pulp, allowing the coffee to absorb layers of fruit intensity while maintaining balance and structure.
