This uniquely flavoured coffee comes from the renowned Monteblanco Estate, nestled on a hilltop at an altitude of 1730 meters above Pittalito. To enhance its aromatic complexity, the coffee cherries are fermented with red fruit honey and yeast.
The finished product is intoxicating, exuding rich aromas of strawberry and blueberry, with a smooth, yogurt-like texture and a sweet, incredibly fruity finish that transcends the boundaries of Colombian terroir.
